What is a massage?
Massage is defined as the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for a curative effect. Soft tissue is made more pliable through massage to promote circulation and blood flow and bring about healing effects: physical and psychological changes for general well being.
During your massage, your therapist uses their hands to apply pressure on your body. We use kneading and squeezing, long gliding strokes, short specific strokes and joint mobilization.
Treatment of any injury or problem or massage for relaxation must be thorough in nature in order to achieve maximum benefit from your massage session. After any massage therapy, a client must hop off the massage table knowing a great result has been achieved!
