Personal training is just that – it’s personal!! It provides one on one time with your trainer and allows you to have training sessions planned specially tailored to your goals and fitness level.
All of our PT sessions are 40 minutes long – we have found that this is the ideal length to get a great workout and stretch.
One on one sessions are $40.
We understand that sometimes it’s difficult for busy couples to arrange their schedules to both get time in for exercise. So, we have tailored this training option with this in mind.
Our couple training sessions are also 40 minutes long and are $50.
Group / Circuit Training
Looking to work out with a few friends or family members? We’ve got you covered. This is a great budget option aswell as you can split the cost between a few friends.
Group training sessions are 40 minutes long and are priced as follows:
2 people $50
3 people $60
4 -6 people $70
