Group Circuit Training is a cost effective way to increase your fitness level and have some fun with some friends!
Circuits go for 1 hour and are made up of a number of different exercise stations. Each of these can be adjusted to suit your fitness level as you go so it is great for people at all levels of fitness.
It is fast paced and keeps your heart rate up nice and high to get the most out of the session!
Circuits are held Wednesday Nights at 6.30pm and are only $15 per person.
